Booking Details
Check in at 2pm on Friday and checkout at 2pm on Sunday.
Check in at 2pm on the day of booking and checkout at 2pm on the last day.
A 50% downpayment is required to secure your booking. Bookings will only be final upon making this payment.
A $600 TTD security deposit is required. This will be refunded within 24 hours after checkout once there are no damages found throughout the property.
Check in is at 2pm on the day of booking and checkout is at 2pm on the last day (accommodations can be made otherwise).
Unfortunately pets are NOT allowed on the premises.
A list of ALL guests and ALL vehicle number plates will be required prior to arrival (including visitors if any).
Guests are welcome to enjoy music during their stay; however, please keep the volume at a moderate level out of respect for our neighbours, as the house is part of a gated community.
